It've been over a month my ping from Melbourne to SEA sever is very high. Could you please fix or check it. Thank you

I have been facing the same issue.

It is absolutely irritating! I am in Perth. I had 150 MS ping to Singapore fortnite AWS servers up until 2 months ago, and then all of a sudden ping becomes 350+ overnight! My work internet has Vocus and the same server serves <100ms ping.

 

If the problem is not resolved immediately, rest assured I will be leaving TPG for another ISP.

Below is the link to the whirlpool community forum where many others are experiencing the same. It is absolutely pathetic service as the customer service says I have high ping due to background downloads. I mean, how stupid do you think the average customer is!?!?!?:

Hmm! got in touch with TPG engineering with a raised ticket.

 

Apparently their Indigo node is down and which is why they are having to reroute traffic through Hong Kong resulting in the inflated pings.

 

They don't have an Estimated time for its fixing but hope to have it fixed soon.

 

I, on the other hand am less than happy -_-. Still wondering why I chose TPG over Vocus aor superloop or AussieBB
