Hi,
I find my peak speed throttled. Then when I check the data usage in the TPG account, it looks like all my usage in this month is counted as peak, which caused the data limit is reached in only half a month. The off-peak is showing literally 0, but I do use my PC in early moring to download system update and game.
So I think there is something wrong with the usage record system. Please see attached screenshot 1.
Besides, the detailed break-down usage for every day also cannot display correctly, please see attached screenshot 2.
