I'm constantly getting poor speed compared to what plan I'm on and if I run a speed test it will drop and then a few minutes later improve.

But my biggest problems revolve around the support app.
1. Run a speedtest and it cannot, telling me to do a connection test, which is always successful head back to speed test same error.
2. Send a support request and it bounces back with a spf policy error.
3. Go online to my account to perform test from account and it errors out every time.

Considering I couldn't get the support promised to me during upgrade to Fttp (modem installed in inappropriate place, which i rang tpg about during installation and was told to just get it installed and then they would get it moved, but afterwards said they can't do that, it's up to nbnco who of course won't do it so now im keft with dead patches in house - my 50 speed fttn was better) does TPG actually do any support and how does one access it?
