I called tech support last night as my internet was so slow that basically no sites would load. While on the phone to TPG tech support we tried several websites to try to run a speed test and the internet was so slow, it could not load the pages to run the speed test.
Someone called me back this evening while I was out and when I tried to call back, I spent 17 minutes on hold after 9pm, before giving up.
It's still not working and I have to hot spot from my phone in order to even post this. Please fix this.
