Incredibly slow speed nbn

Hi 

I called tech support last night as my internet was so slow that basically no sites would load. While on the phone to TPG tech support we tried several websites to try to run a speed test and the internet was so slow, it could not load the pages to run the speed test.

Someone called me back this evening while I was out and when I tried to call back, I spent 17 minutes on hold after 9pm, before giving up.

 

It's still not working and I have to hot spot from my phone in order to even post this. Please fix this.

It's fixed. Not sure what was done at the backend but it's resolved. Thank you.

We were able to locate your account using your community details and learned that the case has been raised to our Engineering team for further investigation as there's no fault within the NBN line.

They need to perform further test with your help. We'll advise your assigned Engineer to call you today between 5PM - 6PM today.
