Intermittent NBN connection

Very poor service 😢 Service technician attended on 7th after almost a week of pestering and complaints. Installation modification done is shoddy and may not conform to standards. Connection only lasted for 3 days and has dropped out again this morning. Very disappointed with the quality of connection and the service 😔
