Intermittent internet connection

we have been having intermittent internet for the past couple of weeks. It appears to get better if we power off and on our modem but then starts happening again. The internet and WLAN lights are flashing.

what can I do?

We were able to locate your account using your community details and tested the line, but was not able to detect any fault. The connection shows stable and the modem is getting a good connection speed.


Are you using a WiFi or a Wired connection? Aside from WLAN flashing, what else flash when the connection drops out? Did you notice if the DSL/ADSL light flashes when the service drops?


If you are using a WiFi connection, then signal interference may have caused the issue. We've created some articles that will help you improve your WiFi network.
