Internal Server Error" when attempting to attach a file to a new email?

I'm trying to attach a file to a new email, but all I'm getting is error 500 Internal Server Error

Could you please confirm the file size of the attachment and what troubleshooting have you performed so far?

You may try the following and skip if its done.
 

- Try different browser.

- Clear Cache and Cookies then re-login.
- Try to attach smaller file for testing purposes.

Let us know how it will go.

@Shane . It happens with small file (10K) and larger file (2M). The file is physically uploaded to the web server because there is a short delay between executing attach and the error appearing.

This has happened before.

OP @adsllwn6m needs to raise the issue directly to postmaster (postmaster@tpg.com.au).

I've tried different browser, different devices. The files I need to are less then 600 KB.

I still haven't worked yet.
