Internet Connection Cutting Out

Hi ive had ADSL2 connected for three weeks now.

We've had a few drop outs and now we can't reconnect to the internet at all. I've reset the router multiple times and been through the setup process 3 times. Nothing is working.
The wifi network is fine, just the internet connection.
