Every since a few months ago when have upgraded our plan, we've had consistent drop outs each night at around the 9pm mark and every so often thereafter. It is so fustrating when we have so many people using it and it takes forever to reboot/refresh especially when you are streaming.
Can someone look into our connection? We may consider moving to a different internet provider if this problem persists.
