We currently have NBN set up, However recently our internet connection have been really bad for the last 2 weeks. It's very very slow ( we cannot load any websites or videos at times). The ping is so bad that i need to use my mobile internet. Please have this fixed asap, as this is affecting my work. Can you please assist with checking the connection from your end.

Also could you check if you are using Wireless or Wired connection.
I suggest you to run speed test wired if possible
