Our internet has been down for 2 days and I have tried to contact your technical support team for two days and have waited for more then 40minutes to get someone.
I understand you guys have had a major outage but to avoid thousand of people calling you , you should really update status pages to reflect what areas are experiencing issues. Your current status page isnt up to date.
