Hi,
There has been no report or update regarding an internet outage in our area, since Saturday 26th February.
NBN confirms there is an outage that they are working to resolve, but no timeframe has been provided.
They have said to contact our network provider for further information.
I urgently require access to WIFI in order to continue working from home. Can you please provide an update on the situation?
This should be reported as an unplanned outage on your website, but there is currently no mention of our area - Nerang, Gold Coast, Queensland.
