We have had no internet since last night (it's now 4pm).
I have checked and there is no NBN outage, and no service outage listed on the TPG website for our area. Address is in Black Rock, VIC 3193.
All steps in fault finding have been done, twice, still no good.
I have rung your tech support several times today only to get the message "call back again later".
Can someone get back to me about this please.
