Internet Drop Out

I've been experiencing random drop outs since around 11th April, possibly earlier. It usually connects again in a minute or two.

 

I'm signed up to the NBN50 plan on FTTC, and apart from the disconnects, everything is great (including speed).

 

My username has already been PM'd.

Firstly may I apologise for the non response as I didn't realise you had been leaving all of your messages.

Although you have previously mentioned your details have been sent previously I do need you to do it again for security reasons so for verification purposes can you please send me a private message (PM) by clicking on my name and provide the following information:
 Username
 Full Name
 Full Address
 D.O.B.

The problem is still occurring. I’ve been asked to DM my details a while ago, but no one has gotten in touch with me since then.
