Hi TPG Team. I am having issues everyday for the last 2 months now with the Internet dropping out...It drops out in the mornings, afternoons and late at night. So no specfic times just everyday.... I am trying to run a business at home and cannot do this with this terrible supply of service....Why is this happening please?
What troubleshooting have you tried so far?
Did you notice any changes with the light status of the modem/router when the connection drops out?
Are you using WiFi only or both WiFi and Wired connection?
Thanks so much for the fast reply...I using both Wifi and the wired connection but the modmen status, when the outage happens shows both the Internet and DSL lights being both out....it then takes the modem down to only displaying the power light until sometimes 40mins and sometimes 2-3 hours..
