Get online support
Hi
In the last few months i have noticed my internet speed has reduced considerably. I just did a speed test and i got a download of 4 mbps and upload of 0.8 mbps
I need some assistance to find out why my internet is so slow with TPG. I am on ADSL2 connection. I tried the support chat since phone chat is not available and got the message to try later because everyone is busy.
The speed i am experiecing is too slow to operate and i need to know if it can be fixed before i decide to start looking elsewhere for a better service.
