Get online support
On my account it shows that I am using internet data. This is not possible as 1/ the wifi is turned off at the modem and no computer is connected to the modem. 2/ It shows I am using data, sometimes more than once a day, even when I am not at the address.
It shows I have downloaded in excess of 100mb of data yet the only time the internet was used was when the nbn tech first set it up, it hasn't been used since then !
I was on online chat this morning and was shoved from tech support to customer service (whatever that department is) then back to tech support who closed the chat.
