On my account it shows that I am using internet data. This is not possible as 1/ the wifi is turned off at the modem and no computer is connected to the modem. 2/ It shows I am using data, sometimes more than once a day, even when I am not at the address. It shows I have downloaded in excess of 100mb of data yet the only time the internet was used was when the nbn tech first set it up, it hasn't been used since then ! I was on online chat this morning and was shoved from tech support to customer service (whatever that department is) then back to tech support who closed the chat. A little bit un professional!!

I am also unable to login, i am getting a network error message, though my internet (by mobile phone) is working

Thanks Bryan, will tpg advise when the nbn is switched on? It may take a few days after it is on before I can connect the modem. Can you please tell me how much data is on my nbn plan to please?

Thank you Brian. Modem not received yet and it will have to be quarantined for the required 2 weeks upon its arrival due to covid 19 requirements. I will wait for tpg to advise me the service has been cut over to nbn before setting it up, thank you. The order was a pre order and was supposed to be done by 9th april, but i get that given the current situation there will be delays so no stress, yet Cheers

Once I get the NBN modem delivered, do I install it myself into the existing phone line (FTTC)?. How do I notify TPG that this has been completed and get it switched over from ADSL?

I was put on an 18 month plan for adsl2 and home phone bundle. how much will it cost me to change to a no lock in contract. ive tried calling but no answer on yourm phones, just on hold after the automated system responds

Seriously ? TPG set up my mailbox without notifying me or without authorisation from me. now they're sending emails there instead of my registered email that i gave them when i set up the account. so far the only good experience I've had with tpg was the porting of my number, the rest has been a nightmare!
