My Internet and Phone ay my shop is down ,
Have phoned but the guy couldn't help me after trying for about 30 min
He told me he will now escalate the problem to another technician .
How long does it take ?

Checking your account, the issue is now raised to our Engineering team for assessment. Turn around time is within 24hrs and if a tech visit is required, we'll need to wait for NBN Co's confirmation.
The issue on your connection is that your modem is unable to connect to our server hence the lack of internet access. Let's wait for the team's update and hopefully they can fix it remotely.
