Get online support
Internet connection went off since thundstorm last Friday 13/01. I have been trying to call technical support for almost three days and waiting for hours everyday without any success to catch them. Can you please advise the process behind this matter. Modem power light is still on, internet & DSL lights are off. it seems few people are experiencing same issue in suburb. It is fraustrating that we have to spend hours during our work/holiday time waiting on the phone.
