Internet connection dropout

Hi, 

Out internet has started to dop out for a short period of time numrous times a day. 

Modem fine and all other troubleshooting options do not solve anything.

What troubleshooting have you tried so far?

Shoot me a PM with your TPG username or customer ID number to run some test on the line.
