i am awaiting for someone to reach out to me regarding a NBN connection. If you could assist me that would be great. In the meantime my current service is having issues.

other troubleshooting methods i have performed and still experiencing the issue.
- plugged in a phone into the RJ12 socket and receiving a dial tone with intermittent crackling
- replaced the RJ12 phone cable with a new cable.
