I have installed NBN 50 recently and paid the installation and monthly charge on 20th of Apri 2020. You have installed the NBN on 6th May 2020 and I have not used it for a month yet. I am charged with another Monthly fee on 30th of May 2020 and I wonder what this covers for. Do I pay the fee in advance? This does not make any sense to me. Thank you. I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.
