Hi I paid for tpg internet connection on 1st of April but I don’t have internet still. They did nbn bundle installation only last week and I don’t have wifi modem delivered to me and it’s not in the post office either.

Can you please tell how long more will it take or can I please get refund and cancel the service. Thank you

We have located the account using your community details and we can see that you have been in touch with one of our account specialists today.

 

As per checking, the modem was shipped back to us, but we have already requested a reshipment and expecting to receive a feedback on Monday. 

 

We will closely monitor this case to ensure that the modem will be reshipped as soon as possible.
