Has anyone else had trouble with connecting to the internet today?
I've reset modem a number of times but doesn't make any difference.

Before attempting the troubleshooting steps, we recommend that you do the following below.

In your case, there was a fault within the copper network and our Engineers raised it with Telstra. Their attending technician managed to fix the fault within the copper network that restores your service.
