Hi TPG,

 

Can you please check the connection to the internet at our rental house. We have 2 modems at the house and both stopped providing internet. We have tried restarting them. I can provide all the info for the account used for the internet at that house.

Before performing any troubleshooting, kindly check if the service is affected by an outage.
