Hi, When I tried paying off the outstanding amount, it says "An existing payment is in progress“ Can you please check what I need to do.

I have ran out of data for the month and I have just upgraded but it’s going to take too long to get data. Can I change the payment date to today? I also tried to add prepaid but it doesn’t let me saying I need to pay off amount owing but I can’t find a way to do that.

Hi TPG, Can you please check the connection to the internet at our rental house. We have 2 modems at the house and both stopped providing internet. We have tried restarting them. I can provide all the info for the account used for the internet at that house.

My internet before was about 40mbs download, now, its about 10 or less. Everytime i restart the modem, it goes back up to 30, then, drops to 10 as i keep testing it.
