Advance payment for mobile plan

I have ran out of data for the month and I have just upgraded but it’s going to take too long to get data. Can I change the payment date to today?

I also tried to add prepaid but it doesn’t let me saying I need to pay off amount owing but I can’t find a way to do that.

We've created an article that will guide you on how to add a prepaid balance.

If you still want to renew the billing cycle, then shoot me a PM with your customer ID or mobile number along with your preferred time to receive a call.

Hi, 

When I tried paying off the outstanding amount, it says "An existing payment is in progress“ 


Can you please check what I need to do.
