Well it;s not online it hasn;t been since they sent this email in and and on and off but been on the phone now for 1 hour and still not reply really this is customer service to wait that long all l want is for my service that l pay every day to be working and if it;s not to contact someone that will fix it but not 2 or 3 days later.
Oh it would be nice to get a Mod to at least say we will look into it or we know about it
