Hi, i upgraded to the superfast plan this morning, got the confirmation email and reset my modem, carried out all the steps yet i can only get 53mb down but 23mb up, its a wired connection to the modem, im pretty sure ive done everything i can to resolve this but no luck, its still at 53mb down, the same as before.(old plan) can someone please help me out, i need to download a few big games since i just did a fresh format/install of windows11, was the main reason i got the upgrade.
