Hi TPG
The internet connection has been extremely unrealiable and it keeps dropping out. There is no internet connection most of the time. This has been happening for nearly 2 weeks.
Could someone from support check my line connectivity and let me know if there are any expected faults? Download speed is 14.2, upload is 0.7.

We've checked your account and the status is stable. The modem has been connected since April 2020.
If you are using a WiFi connection, then signal interference is causing the dropouts.
You may start by turning Off the modem for 30 secs., then turn it back On giving it a quick rest.
Then you may improve your home network by following the articles that we've created.
