Get online support
My internet is frequently dropping out for short periods. I am connected to the NBN and there are no maintenance issues reported on their website.
I have a mobile phone with Telstra and when my home Internet (NBN TPG) drops out so does my Telstra internet connection on my mobile. I can still make calls but am unable to connect to the internet. Can someone explain why this is so?
Hi @srblanch
Thanks for your query!
Let me have a look for you, and I will get back to you ASAP.
There is also a new ''TPG Mobile APP'' to help you with various trouble shooting and account issues, via a mobile phone app.

Hi @srblanch
I have checked you NBN-HFC 12/1 service on our systems and all tests are passing.
Speed is also testing at 11.40 mbps
It is bit weird your ''mobile'' broadband service suspends at the same time. That would be rather coincidental or sever wifi interference inside your home.
A 12/1 plan with heavy household usage can appear slow at times because the 1meg upload speed becomes a bottleneck.
For heavy usages, a 50/20 plan will provide much more reliable speeds to heavy usage situations.
Here is a doc to help TS speed issues.
