Internet dropping out

My internet has been dropping out throughout the day for the last 2 weeks. It comes on for about 10 minutes then drop out. It comes back on for about 30 minutes and then drop out again. It’s just impossible to watch live sports when this keeps happening.. This usually happens during the day. Has anyone got a similar issue.
