I've gotten the email (which looks like spam, well done TPG) about getting the extra speed if I click a link. I tried and got access denied. I talked to the online help and they said they couldn't access my account. This should be a lot easier guys
If that is genuine email, I agree that it would be better if it did not have a link, but instead referred to a website (without showing a link to it). That would accommodate an important anti-malware precaution of never clcking on an email link.
To make it clear, I'm hoping for someone who can give me access to this upgrade since help couldn't do it, and I see other posts here where people have had similar issues resolved. And of course, to note that this was a poor way to roll out an offer
