Internet drops out

For the past 3 nights at 12pm on the dot my internet drops out and dosen't come back for hours?

I was able to pull up your account using your community details.

I ran initial tests on your service and it shows connected for 14h 22m and no dropouts occurred on the line.

I'd like to know on which device(s) you experience dropouts.
