Internet intermittently Slow

Hi,

 

Our NBN FTTN internet has been intermittently slow for about two weeks now. Our plan is for a download speed of 25mbs however every second day or so the internet will slow down to even <7mbs for prolonged periods of time (hours to overnight), I even have a screen shot of this. 

 

We have tried multiple troubleshooting solutions such as disconnecting all connected devices, turning off the modem from the powerpoint, turning modem off from the backbutton, etc...

 

Please advise a solution to this as it is getting very frustraing.

The issue is now raised to our Engineering team for further investigation. Please ensure to keep your modem connected and turned on for remote testing purposes.
