Internet is not working

I set up TPG Home Internet last week and it is suddenly not working and no light on Internet tab in the TPG Model.

I was able to locate your account and seen that you were able to contact our Tech team yesterday. The case was escalated to our Engineering team and the technical issue is currently under investigation.


Telstra have told us they have booked a technician to check your TPG service anytime between now and 28/Sep/2018. You are not required to be on the premises.


Our Engineering team will be in touch once an update is available.
