Hi. I seem to have no internet. I have.noticed.that nbn box needs battery replacing. Will the flat battery stop wifi altogeher. Ive.tried to call tpg but have.been on hold half an hour.

The Battery replace alarm or notification should not affect your service.

We'd like to run some tests in order to confirm if there's a fault within the line.
