Internet keeps dropping out - multiple times per day

Hi guys,

For the last week, our internet keeps dropping out multiple times per day. Internet is used by two people WFH. We are on the NBN FTTB Broadband SL Bundle 100. No NBN outages / issues reported in our area.

Any ideas how to resolve? We require a stable connection to work. I've tried calling TPG but can't get through to speak to anyone

We were able to locate your account and learned that this case has been raised to our Engineers.

An NBN technician was requested and attended the site. They've tagged the case as resolved after they repaired the fault within the network.
