Internet keeps dropping out

Hi Team,

We have been experiencing ADSL2+ internet connection intermittent up and down for the last 4 days.
 
I have tested on 2 different routers and both have the same internet connection issue. So it is not hardware or router problem.
 
Please check ASAP as it has affected my works.

We were able to locate your account using your community details and have run some remote test.

 

We have detected a possible fault on the copper network, which may cause the issue. The case has now been escalated to our Engineering team for further investigation.
