Internet light flashing on modem / no internet

My ticket number is #xxxxxx and I've had 4 days of no internet. Can you please let me know what is happening? Someone said they would call me back yesterday but never heard anything and I haven't been able to get through on the phone. I'm paying for a service that isn't working at the moment!

I finally got through on the phone and will be awaiting for a phone call on Monday. Since it will be almost a week of no internet will I get a refund for those days?
