My internet light is not on. What do I do?

Hi @juanitasaopo 

 

Have you tried to reboot the modem/router?

 

If you are under the NBN, check if your area is affected by an outage. You can visit NBN network status at https://www.nbnco.com.au/support/network-status 

 

If your service is not affected by an outage, please send us a private message with your account details for us to run some real-time tests.
