Internet not working, HELP!

WIFI detected, however coming up with no connection and to contact ISP.

Internet has dropped out and does not work at all.

Troubleshooted as per the website, but still not working. Called TPG support and unable to fix and advised engineer was going to call within 24 hours and never got a call back. Tried to call TPG and unable to get ahold of them at all.

Please help, we have gone 6 days without internet.

Hi @Maybob2021 . What type on NBN connection do you have?
What model wifi router?

What lights are on NBN box (if you have one) and the wifi router?
