Internet not working

My internet has not been working for four days, during this time I missed a lot of work and lost money. I was also not informed of any new services that might cut off my internet. How do you plan on fixing my internet and recovering my loss?

Hi @Selki_arum0213, has this already been reported? If you already have a ticket number, you can send it to us and we'll check for updates on the restoration progress. If you haven't got one yet, you can send your details like the username or customer ID via private message so we can investigate. 


Any billing adjustment will be assessed once the issue is fixed.
