Internet outage

Hi,

The internet connection has dropped out today. The upstream light on the NBN box is flashing. Based on the NBN website, there are no outages in my area . I've tried calling technical support for 45min+ and I was not able to get through. Any suggestions?

Have you perhaps tried resetting the NBN box? Send us a private message and we'll have a look at your connection.

The optical light on the NBN NDT should be flashing green. That's normal. But if any light is flashing red there is an upstream or NDT problem. In that case, OP's problem is at the NBN box so IMHO messing about with the router will not help. OP should try power resetting as suggested and if that fails TPG techs should be able to test from their end.
