I am now working at home and requiring to log in to our work email account.
I could log in but I cannot access my email, calendar and contacts.
Our IT personnel tested my modem and stated that it read very bad.
He suggested I put the cable from the modem to the laptop; I did
I retested the modem again and read Ping 9ms; download 11.2Mbps; upload 0.9Mbps.
He suggested options such as:
