I Received an Email telling me that my peak time speed would be shaped to 128kpbs
No problem - this speed suppose to be enough for internet browsing.
The problem is I don't have it at all.
I can't even open Yahoo.
Is this the way you forsing people to upgrade?
I feel I was misleaded.
It is unfair.
This shaping speed was promised
