In the event that the devices affected by the issue are connected via Wi-Fi, It's possible that the trouble you may be having could be WIFI-related (signal interference, distance, weak signal) if you're using a WIFI connection only.

It’s almost 10pm so I’d have expected it to have less traffic?
Is there anyway for me to up my speed? This is honestly so frustrating, especially when I need to be in Zoom calls most of the working day. I’ve had to hotspot off my 5G so many times that’s I wonder whether it’s even worth having this plan anymore.
Any help would be GREAT!
