When we first got NBN with TPG our speeds were about 4 times faster than they are now. they are well below the Minimum Acceptable Speed on https://community.tpg.com.au/t5/Featured-Articles/Slow-speed-issue/ba-p/1197 at 24Mbps, when we used to get 94Mbps+.

Did you test the speed via WiFI or Wired connection?
