This is just one issue i have. once i am able to log in then i have to try and get my bigger issue solved which i can't make or receive calls on my mobile.

I'm unable to make or receive calls on my mobile phone. what informations do you need to be able to assist me with this?

As title. My phones network is set to TPG.

When we first got NBN with TPG our speeds were about 4 times faster than they are now. they are well below the Minimum Acceptable Speed on https://community.tpg.com.au/t5/Featured-Articles/Slow-speed-issue/ba-p/1197 at 24Mbps, when we used to get 94Mbps+.
